The new bus driver
Here and there, Mutu seek for a job to support his family. He was an engineer, before he was kicked out due to economic downturn last month. Every morning, he went for an interview. Although he was graduated from Nanyang Technological University, but most of the companies was suffering economic downturn. Fortunately, he had been saving his salaries from time to time and could use during their runny days. But still, it will not last long.
On one morning, Mutu open his wallet that was kept a long time in a bag. A piece of card falls of. Mutu picked it up and recognized that it was his bus lessens. He remembered he had his bus lessen a few months after he was given a mini bus from his family on his birthday. He sold it away after an accident accrues by his father while driving his car.
"Why I didn't remember that I had a bus lessen? The last time, I didn't even have a change to drive the bus. With this lessen, I could become a bus driver and earn some money," said Mutu excitedly. He quickly went to his driving school to renew his lessen.
After a few training, he managed to become a bus driver for primary school children. Everyday he had to fetch them from their home to Bukit Panjang Primary School. Although it was a difficult job, but it was the only way for him to earn money for the moment. He will change his job when there is a better opportunity in front him.
"Children, don't be in rush! All of you could get up when the bus stop. It is very dangerous. You may injure yourselves!" said Mutu when he nearly reached the school.
As usual, Mutu will count the students before he starts his journey. Everyone was there when he called their names. But, without noticing, he actually left a boy, Jason at the school. After a few minutes, one his classmate relies that Jason was not there and told Mutu.
Mutu stop the bus at the shoulder and asked how Jason could not here? Everyone kept quite. When he knew that nothing will change if he keeps scolding the children.
While he was driving back to school, he wondered if really Jason was not there, then, who said "here" jut now? He kept thinking about it and knocked a woman down. Luckily the woman did not injured badly. But still, he had to give the woman money to see the doctor.
When he reached the school, he saw Jason was sitting in the canteen with some tears on his eyes. He came close and apologize for left him alone in the school. Mutu told him everything that had happened, but not the accident. He told mutu that maybe his friends wanted to play around. He said told Mutu not to find the person.
The next few days, Mutu was invited to return to his previous work. His boss told that he was needed in the company. It was an honor for him to be back to his job. But, at the same time, he started to lover his current job. He loved to be with the kids. He loved his childhood time. Every time he looked at them, the memories will come. It was a difficult decision for him to make a choice.
After some advice from his family and friends, he decided to stay with his job. He did not care about the low pay. The most important thing was that he was happy with what he was doing.

Dear Sir
I represent secondary students had made our disition for this year Innovators’ Project (IP) for our class. After some discussion, we had chosen the second consideration, which is creation of unique fashion designs for both males and females that may spark off new trends in fashion.
The main purpose of choosing this is because in this school there is no any CCA or studies about fashion designing. I am sure that most of us do not even know how to sew their clothes. With this project, they will know how to sew and even create their own dresses and clothes.
I had done an interview with twenty students from this school. Ten boys and ten girls. Out of this twenty, eight o them wants to become fashion designer in the future. With this, they could get the basic knowledge about what they will learn in the higher institution. This will be easier for them to achieve ace and will make this school proud.
Besides that, anyone will be happy when someone wares what they make themselves. It is cheaper and will not waste their money especially for the females. When they want to wear any clothes or dresses of any style, they could just sew it themselves than use hundreds of dollars to buy their dream clothes.
With these reasons, I hope that Mr. Tan Lim will give approval to us for heaving creation of unique fashion designs for both males and females that may spark off new trends in fashion.

Hi Alax
How are you feeling today? I heard that you are going for a minor operation. I am sorry to hear that. I hope that the operation will be success and you can return to your usual life. I know that you will miss your studies, that is why I volunteer myself as your cousin and your classmate to teach and lent you my notes.
Anyway, you know my elder sister, Kathy, she had labor yesterday. I was so happy. I am sure that you are also happy don’t you? It is a boy! After you recovered both of us could play with him. My sister asked me for my opinion about his name. So, what do you think? How about Ethan? It is a great name.
After you recovered, I planned to have a home-coming party to welcome you back. It will be a grand party. Aunty Mo Lee will cook her most popular dish in her restaurant. Where else, my mother and I will make chocolate fudge! Isn’t it delicious? Besides that, our young designer, Mr. Michael will be decorating my living house from an ordinary house to a Japanese house.
Tomorrow will be my last day here. I will pay you a visit as soon as I return home. The day after tomorrow, the school will be re-opened after a week of holiday. I hope taht I could visit you before the school opens.

Flight
Everyday Jason helped his mother to sell the bread that she backed before going to school. His two best friends will always give him a helping hand. All of them will walk around the village until the bread left each for them. They will eat the remaining and have some chat under a shelter.
"Jason, I heard that you was given scholarship to further your studies to sports school next year. I am so proud of you, Jason. Seriously, you have a potential to become a athlete one day," said Sarah one day.
"It's an honor for me to get such opportunity. All of you also know that I want to be an athlete and represent this country in the Olympic. But it is a taught decesion for me. One is my family and the other is my dream. I don't know wish to choose!" aid Jason with a worried face.
"About your family, you don't have to worry. Both of us could take care and help them to sell bread, just like we did today. In fact, the whole villagers will help them. Helping each other is what we learn at school, right? You are a talented person, so make use of it. When you become famous, you yourself could help change your family's condition. You will be free from waking up early in the morning and help your mother to back bread. You will be free from staying in a house without any electricity apliences. That was what you told us right?" said Mutu with Indian slang.
He had a very hard time thinking through. He had to make his desion fast, the school will re-open in a week time. After heard After heard the advice from his mother, teachers and friends, he decided to go to the sports school and change his family condition. He just hopes that both his younger brothers will take care of their mother.
This was his first time celebrating New Year without his family. But, the students here was so understanding and they had a very exiting celebration with performancess from them
Jason could not return home during the school holidays as the cost was not cheap to return often. He took this oppurtunity to work and gain some money to give to his family. Onece a week, he called his friends and asked about his family
"Mom! look here, bother Jason will start his match soon. It's men's single final for badminton," said Alax - one of Jason's brother.
Jason won four to no. His family was so excited. Jason had renovated the house and there is television, lamps, fans and lots more. Just ;like ordinary family's house. His sacrifice was worth it.

preparation
cepat masa berlalu... pejam kelip pejam kelip dah tinggal dua bulan lebih untuk "O" level. Dah prepare? Rasanya belum! Terok betul lah!
Just now, MDM Effi is talking about "O"... I like when she told me about education, especially Maths! She always inspired me with her words. I will do my best in Maths! Although most of the people does not like Maths but, not me! I love Maths very much ;) Maths is my life! I will do lots of practice to gain ace in "O" level. She told us that this year she wants all of us pass our Maths! What a high hope for us. But, I'am sure that we will do our best! iIn my school, taking Maths in "O" level is not a compulsory. So, everyone of us that are taking it, the person herself wants it. What for taking it as an extra subject but does not do well.
Anyway, right now, I am starting to study Malay Literature and Islamic Knoledge. Besides Maths, I also wants to get distinsion on both of these subjects and not forgetting Higher Malay. As for Arabic and English, I will try to do my best! Even if I get C6 for it, I will be happy for it!
